Yes the latest version of Web author (Version 4.0) runs under Windows Vista. Version 4.0 has been tested on (Vista Home Basic) (Vista Home Premium) and (Vista Business)
Is there a manual for Web author ?
Yes there is a user manual available for Web author in PDF format. The manual is included with the software. After installing the software simply click on the Windows Desktop Start button and select Programs > Web author > User manual.
